Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form, message or request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking or rental is only confirmed once TOUR GHANA confirms it to you directly, including the date, price and arrangements.

Tour guide fee

The tour guide fee is $100, the same for foreign and Ghanaian visitors. It covers guided assistance for the tour experience. Transportation, entrance fees, accommodation, meals and other expenses may be charged separately where applicable.

Vehicle rentals

  • Prices are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Prices may vary depending on duration and destination.
  • Long-distance trips may attract additional charges.
  • Fuel policy should be confirmed before rental.
  • Driver or chauffeur arrangements should be confirmed before booking.
  • Customers must provide accurate booking information.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.

Payments

Payment methods, deposits and any online payment steps are confirmed with you when your request is accepted. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by our payment provider, and card details are never stored on this website.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are agreed with TOUR GHANA directly and depend on the service and the notice given. Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change.

Photographs on this website are credited on the gallery page. Vehicle images are for illustration and the vehicle supplied may be a similar model.
